Kanda Candles will replace any product damaged in shipment.
To be eligible for a replacement product, email a photo of the damaged item, packing material, & the scent of the candle to in the subject line please put Broken Candle and your order number. We do apologize but if all of the following are not emailed you will not receive a replacement candle. For all other product concerns please email Kanda Candles at 
New Candle will ship 2-3 days priority.
