REFUND POLICY

Kanda Candles does not issue refunds.
Kanda Candles will replace any product damaged in shipment.
To be eligible for a replacement product, email a photo of the damaged item, packing material, & the scent of the candle to replacement@kandacandles.com in the subject line please put Broken Candle and your order number. We do apologize but if all of the following are not emailed you will not receive a replacement candle. For all other product concerns please email Kanda Candles at iwant@kandacandles.com 
New Candle will ship 2-3 days priority.
